• The ECOSMART function. This new function is ideal for routine cleaning in most working environments and extends the machine’s working autonomy by 18%. 

   

• Electric traction: zero emissions, with the machine designed to accommodate any type of battery (Lithium, AGM, Gel, Lead-acid), allowing you to switch from one battery type to another whenever needed, without any system reconfiguration.

   

• A car-style “Start and stop” system avoids unnecessary energy consumption by automatically switching off the machine (traction, sweeping and suction) during pauses in operation.

   

• Sweeper autonomy in excess of 7 hours continuous, tested using standard batteries (36 V @ 360 Ah).

   

• A brushless electric traction motor coupled with high-efficiency drive systems improves performance while lowering consumption and requiring virtually no maintenance. Being electric, the motor is quiet and produces zero emissions, making the machine ideal for use even in indoor environments.

   

• Dedicated service motors, one for each main function (brushes, vacuum fan, hopper lift and power steering) mean better overall energy efficiency.  

The OneSweep 90 cleans all floors to perfection on the first pass, even when large volumes of dust and heavy dirt are present.

• Dedicated brushless motors, one for each function, maximise sweeping, suction and dust collection efficiency while providing greater control over individual functions and significantly reducing energy consumption.

   

• When starting cleaning operations, the pressure of the main brush can be adjusted easily from the driver’s seat to suit the type of dirt and floor. This avoids unnecessary wear and extends brush life.

   

• Side brushes on both sides: fitted as standard equipment, these allow dirt to be reached and channelled to the main brush even from close to walls and other side obstacles.

The OneSweep 90 delivers perfect suction at all times, never clogging and adapting instantly to cleaning conditions.

• The pocket filter features an anti-static, washable, anti-clog design that ensures constant filter efficiency and minimal maintenance. The standard filter is class M to capture both medium and fine dust. 

   

• An optional HEPA H13 filter provides a second, additional level of filtration and removes 99.95% of airborne particles, down to 0.3 microns. This second filter can easily be installed over the Multipocket filter to exponentially enhance filtration efficiency in particularly dusty or hazardous work environments.

   

• Optional internal brush head spray nozzles moisten fine dust and remove it without dispersion. The 30-litre / 7.9 gal water tank inside the machine is protected against the elements and accidental collisions.

   

• Optional side brush skirts keep dust confined within the brush chambers, allowing it to be sucked into the machine by a simple but effective vacuum system.

• Capacity: the debris hopper offers high volume and weight capacity: 250 litres / 66 gal (hopper only), 354 litres / 93.5 gal (actual maximum capacity, up to filter level). This guarantees extended cleaning autonomy without stops for unloading.

   

• An uncompromisingly designed all-metal hopper ensures maximum load capacity. Thanks to fixed, reinforced sides, the hopper withstands the stress of heavy debris collection without deforming, guaranteeing durability and efficiency. 
   
• The highly efficient, hydraulic high-dump system can reach a dump height of up to 1550 mm / 61 in. Operated by a dedicated service motor, the system is activated only when needed, preventing unnecessary oil degradation and saving energy.

Innovative technologies, durable materials and easy access to all internal parts minimise the maintenance requirements of this sweeper.

• Brushless traction and service motors. Brushless motors do not require maintenance since their operation does not rely on consumable parts (the carbon brushes in conventional electric brush-type motors, for example, require periodic replacement.

   

• The frame is made entirely of thick steel in our own in-house metalworking department. In-house production guarantees unrivalled quality thanks to specific know-how and the utmost attention to detail in production and inspection. 

   

• Auxiliary side brush guards. These reinforced steel guards are designed as separate components from the main body of the machine. They can therefore be replaced quickly if necessary, without the expense of having to repair the entire frame.

   

• A Total Steel version is also available, with protective steel bodywork on all four sides for even greater resistance to occasional knocks.

   

• The internal wiring system leads to a single control panel with plug and play connectors. This allows the main electrical components to be disconnected easily, without tools, for immediate inspection or replacement.

• Quiet operation allows the machine to be used without dedicated PPE, ensuring maximum operator comfort. 

   

• The sweeper is available in a version with a metal canopy, complete with windscreen and wipers. 

   

• Ergonomic driving position: the seat features longitudinal and backrest adjustment and armrests. The soft-touch 3-spoke steering wheel comes with a knob as standard. An intuitive control panel prevents operator fatigue and maintains focus on safety and cleanliness. A convenient hand grip is also provided to make it easier for the operator to get in and out of the driver’s seat.
