Technologies
The technologies and functions we incorporate into every sweeper translate E-Ones’ ideals into real-world solutions with a measurable impact, and ensure the satisfaction of even the most demanding customers.
Brushless motors
Brushless motors eliminate the need for conventional carbon brushes, which are prone to wear and tear. They provide high efficiency, quiet operation and consistent performance over time, helping to reduce maintenance requirements and the sweeper’s operating costs.
Dedicated motors
The sweeper’s main functions are powered by dedicated motors that operate according to actual working requirements. This architecture helps to minimize energy loss and allows more precise control of the machine’s different systems.
ECOsmart
ECOsmart optimizes energy consumption in tasks that do not require maximum power. It reduces consumption and noise while keeping performance appropriate to operating conditions and extending the operating autonomy of the sweeper.
Full-Electric
The fully electric architecture allows the sweeper to operate without exhaust emissions, with reduced noise and greater freedom of use in indoor environments. A design choice that combines industrial performance, energy efficiency and improved comfort in the workplace.
H13 HEPA filter
The optional H13 HEPA filter provides a second level of filtration, complementing the Multipocket filter. Installed downstream of the main filter, it removes 99.95% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, making it particularly suitable for environments where fine-dust control is a priority.
MultiBristle
The unique bristle configuration of MultiBristle brushes allows the main brush to pick up materials of different sizes and characteristics in a single pass, effectively channeling dirt towards the collection system and enhancing the machine’s versatility.
Multipocket Filter – M Class
The anti-static, washable, M Class Multipocket filter features a large filtration area. Its pocket design helps manage dust effectively and contributes to maintaining consistent suction efficiency over time.
Start&Stop
Start&Stop automatically stops the main sweeper functions while the machine is stationary and reactivates them as soon as the operator resumes work. This reduces energy consumption, noise and component wear without requiring any manual intervention.
Total Steel
The Total Steel configuration adds steel guards to all four sides of the machine. This solution increases resistance to impacts and stress in demanding industrial environments, providing greater protection for the machine’s components and helping to extend its service life.

Our team of Research and Development technicians and engineers is constantly working to identify more efficient, durable and user-friendly solutions.
Important partnerships in specific research projects are also ongoing with some of Italy’s most prestigious universities and design studios, including:
- Ca’ Foscari University of Venice – Department of Molecular Sciences and Nanosystems
In collaboration with Ca’ Foscari University’s Department of Molecular Sciences and Nanosystems, we are currently developing a new, more thorough floor cleaning system that offers minimal consumption of resources (water, detergent and labour) and a more sustainable use of materials. The new system takes the entire machine lifecycle into account, from design to disposal, and minimizes environmental impact in line with the principles of waste reduction, reuse and recycling. - University of Padua – Department of Information Engineering and Department of Industrial Innovation.
The department is working on the prototyping of an innovative, cutting-edge floor cleaning solution. - Delineo Design – Industrial design and visual design studio. Winner of more than 70 international awards, including 2 Honourable Mentions at the Compasso d’Oro, Delineo Design is based in Montebelluna’s Sportsystem district. For E-Ones, the studio oversees design direction, developing contemporary solutions inspired by the automotive industry and the world of sports design.
